The car is finished in black and features red side pinstripes that were added under current ownership. This Thunderbird is now offered at no reserve with a 1966 dealer invoice, a shop manual, refurbishment records, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name. The car is said to have been acquired by the seller in March 2000, and refurbishment work completed during their ownership reportedly included adding red pinstripes, replacing the tires, exhaust, timing chain, and water pump, rebuilding the cylinder heads, carburetor, and transmission, refreshing the brakes, and installing an aluminum radiator and a leather steering wheel wrap. Additional equipment includes a power-operated black soft top, a center console, a push-button AM radio, front bucket seats, and 15″ steel wheels with wire-spoke covers. Power is provided by a 390ci V8 paired with a C6 three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.00:1 locking differential. This 1966 Ford Thunderbird was initially delivered to Mingo Motor Company of Williamson, West Virginia, and is finished in black over black vinyl upholstery.
